Caregiving has been one way I have served my community throughout the years. I have used my paintings to help uplift others and as a form of relaxation for myself. Caregivers have a tendency to be very empathic individuals and art in all its forms is a way to release heavy emotions from our system. Not only can we release and cleanse our own pallet but we can inspire others to do the same in their own lives.
