Art has been an amazing distraction from my pain & has allowed me to pour my stress & frustration onto a canvas. Even when I hit an artist block, I've been able to use that frustration to create some wild stuff. This piece especially. I had a lot of fun playing with texture and literally taking a canvas and seeing what sticks.
