I have experienced much that is wonderful and am often filled with wonder. I have also struggled with much pain: physical, emotional, and spiritual. All of our lives are a composition of both the bright and the dark. I write in an attempt to make sense of the senseless, to find gold in the dung heap, to bring healing to hidden wounds. I write to shine light on both the sorrows and the joys, the pain and the promises, the heartaches, and the healing, and throughout it all to be a witness to God’s hand on my life.
