For me, making art is like therapy; tuning out the world and just letting go. A huge sigh, a big exhale. It is peaceful and playful, a way to release energy into your work, while getting energy out of the work. Patricia has a condition known as Lipedema, and is the founder of Lipedema Fitness, a support group on Facebook for those with the condition.
