As an artist and caregiver, my work is an important part of my day. Time spent in the studio brings me joy and allows me the chance to share my work with others. When I began as a caregiver I relocated and had to leave my students and art classroom. While I can no longer teach, creating and sharing my art provides a way to continue to connect with past students and community. Joining local art groups has also helped me connect with others who enjoy creating.
