Paula: Artist Statement
Johnny was the most beautiful person I’ve ever known. I will never know another person like him again. He was decent, kind, loving, and had a great sense of humor and wit, and was very spiritual…There are simply so many awesome words to describe him, but I would be typing forever!!! He always wanted peace in this world, and to make a huge difference, which he certainly has already done, and will continue to do so. He was very unselfish, and always put his family and friends first. He touched so many lives, and is truly loved and missed by so many. He was very musical—played the drums and guitar, and had so many more amazing gifts. His iPod was everything to him. And he was always smiling, with his beautiful face. This purple feather represents our spiritual connection. Our love and our bond is eternal, and he is not only my son and my best friend, but my soulmate too. I love and miss him more than any words can ever say. You and me Johnny, together forever!!!! Love, Mom XOXOXOXO
